We love deep sea fishing and we want you to love it too! We welcome men and women and children of all ages and experience levels to try their hand at reeling in a big one aboard our 36′ Calvin Beal. If you’re an experienced fisherman and just need a captain to get you to the fish, no problem. Likewise, if you’re new to offshore fishing and need all the help and guidance you can get, Ambush Fishing is the place to get it!

Our two captains, John and Zak, have been fishing in and around Florida their whole lives, so they know all the best spots to hit and have seen it all. They are very good teachers and make everyone feel comfortable on the boat, regardless of their prior fishing experience. Every charter is private. We can accommodate up to 6 passengers, but even if there is only one or two in your group, we head out with those one or two passengers and that’s it. You get a truly custom fishing experience and as much or as little assistance as you need.

We clean and fillet your catch for you, and you don’t even need to purchase a Florida fishing license.
